I'm Simon, founder and lead tutor at Kind Minds Tuition. With nearly ten years' experience working within diverse secondary school settings and as a teacher and leader, I have worked with students across a wide spectrum of needs and learning styles. My passion for providing an inclusive education for all, coupled with my teaching qualifications and SENCO training, give me a robust foundation in pedagogy and inclusive education.

I understand the pressure of exams and the importance of feeling confident under stress. My approach is calm and structured: each lesson has a clear goal, a predictable rhythm and space for reflection. I combine traditional techniques, such as essay planning, close reading, revision strategies and exam practice, with strategies strategies tailored to neurodiverse learners, such as scaffolding and visual supports.
